She's a former basketball player at Butler whose career ended due to knee issues. Blessed with an amazing family, including a wonderful supporting husband, 2 sons, 2 daughters-in-law, and 3 grandchildren and 2 stepchildren. Aunt Missi also proudly holds the title of aunt to 3 beautiful nieces and a wonderful nephew, all of whom savor her homemade dishes.
Discovering the Purpose
The journey of Aunt Missi's Homemade Goodness didn't happen overnight. There were signs all along. During the pandemic, she realized her passion for cooking could help others. Aunt Missi began cooking freezer meals for neighbors, friends, and family who were struggling. The satisfaction she felt from feeding them was overwhelming. This was her first sign.
